This weekend I got to meet the most precious baby girl. My friend came over with her sweet, precious new baby girl Rhapsody. She was an absolute angel and I was so blessed to be able to practice some newborn photos with her. And they turned out like a dream.
I set her up on some rolled up blankets in front of our picture window in the front of our house. I bought some floral headbands off Amazon and we went to town. She settled right in and worked with me the entire shoot and we were able to get a ton of different photos.
Her little pouty face and her tiny features are my favorite. I am so excited this was a positive experience because I can’t wait to photograph more babies.
I also tried a new technique, by putting a square of saran wrap over my lens with a hole cut out for my focal point. It made for some ethereal and beautiful photos.
All in all this was a 10/10 photography experience and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to take these special photos for my friend.
